PDC with Extras in Small Farm/Homesteading

This will be our second year hosting a full PDC at Pierce Cedar Creek. Last year’s training worked out wonderfully.

Not only did we have the beautiful backdrop of the nature center’s grounds, facilities and their knowledgeable staff, the training was co-taught in part by two very interesting and talented homesteaders, Josh and Brian Shultz. These guys have done some amazing work as you will discover on our website.

In this PDC course we will devote extra time to those aspects of the curriculum that emphasize the skills and knowledge one must have to create a homesteading lifestyle. Included with that we will look at the myriad of ways to set up a permaculture farmstead to be able to generate multiple income streams while minimizing unnecessary labor.
